Job summary

Centerfield is hiring a Full-time Contact Center Customer Service Rep with Datalot to represent our clients and their customers. You will ensure eligible consumers receive the products offered and handle high-volume calls with a focus on service quality.

Roles include starting when authorized, pass pre-employment screenings, and maintaining uninterrupted connectivity with a reliable internet connection. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within Centerfield.

Qualifications

• Fielding a high volume of outbound and/or inbound phone calls.
• Transferring customers to the appropriate department(s).
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries.
• Being the first point of contact for our customers looking for various products or services.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as your managers may assign from time to time.
