Job summary

Centerfield is seeking a Ful l-time Contact Center Customer Service Rep with Datalot to represent our clients and their customers. You will help ensure callers are eligible for offered products and maintain professional interactions across inquiries and transfers.

Location eligibility is limited to certain states with a Monday–Friday schedule, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EST, and January 18, 2027 start date. Includes competitive weekly pay, benefits, and paid virtual training.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume calls with professionalism.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Field a high volume of outbound and/or inbound phone calls.
• Transfer customers to the appropriate department.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries.
• Be the first point of contact for customers seeking products or services.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain a stable home or office setup with reliable internet.
• Remain focused during scheduled hours without personal interruptions.
