We are now looking for a Verification Engineer - New College Grad. As a Verification Engineer at NVIDIA, you will verify the design and implementation of our state-of-the-art memory subsystem for mobile SoCs and GPUs. What you'll be doing:

• Verify memory subsystem or coherent high-speed interconnect design, architecture, golden models, and micro-architecture using advanced verification methodologies.
• Understand design & implementation, define verification scope, develop verification infrastructure (Testbenches, BFMs, Checkers, Monitors), execute test/coverage plans, and verify design correctness.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, emulation, and silicon verification teams.

What we need to see:

• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 6 months experience in architecting test bench environments for unit-level verification.
• Experience with verification using random stimulus, functional coverage, and assertion-based methodologies.
• Prior experience with dynamic memory controllers or coherent high-speed interconnects.
• C++ programming, scripting, and expertise in SystemVerilog.
• Experience with design and verification tools (VCS or similar, debug tools like Debussy, GDB).
• Strong debugging, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
