Job summary

Trademark Venues is seeking a Wedding Venue Tour Guide to present our venues to prospective clients in a welcoming, informative manner. You will highlight venue features, answer questions, and help couples envision their wedding day with confidence.

Ideal candidates bring experience in sales or hospitality, strong communication and presentation skills, and a passion for weddings. This role collaborates with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience and may require working on-site

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, event planning or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
• Enthusiasm for weddings and event planning is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and informative tours of the wedding venues for prospective clients.
• Highlight unique features, amenities, and benefits of each venue.
• Answer questions about the venue and refer pricing and packages to a product specialist.
• Build rapport with clients and understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist clients in visualizing their wedding day at our venues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of venues, services, and competitive advantages.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights to clients.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

About the Role

As a Wedding Venue Tour Guide, you will be a face of Trademark Venues, providing exceptional tours to potential clients. Your role is to highlight the unique features of our venues, answer operational questions, and create a welcoming and informative experience for all visitors. You will play a crucial role in helping couples envision their perfect wedding day and ensure they feel confident in choosing our venues.

What You'll Do
