Job summary

F1 Arcade USA is seeking a Venue Technician in Denver to support day-to-day technical operations of our venue. You will maintain simulators, AV gear and venue systems, troubleshoot issues during live guest experiences, and keep equipment ready for a seamless guest experience.

You will work with the Technology Manager and Facilities team to inspect and maintain the space, document incidents, assist with events, and share knowledge with teammates to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot AV and simulators during live operations.
• Strong team player with good communication and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on simulators and on-site tech.
• Assist with venue setup, events, and AV requests as needed.
• Log incidents and maintenance activity for the Technology Manager.
