Job summary

Legends Global’s Los Angeles Convention Center is seeking a Security Supervisor (FT) to lead security operations during events. The role requires coordinating with the Security Senior Manager, enforcing policies, and ensuring guest and staff safety onsite.

The position is on-site with variable shifts including early mornings and nights. Strong communication and crowd management skills are essential to supervise personnel and respond to security needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in security, Legends Global/AEG security experience a plus.
• Valid CA State Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Respond to security calls and coordinate with team and local law enforcement.
• Train, counsel, supervise, and evaluate security personnel.
• Manage hours for Security Officers and Supervisors across shifts.
• Enforce policies and respond to violations from guests, clients, and employees.
• Monitor CCTV, Fire Control, radios, elevators and lighting controls.
