Job summary

Sycuan Casino is seeking a Food Runner/Server Assistant to deliver food orders from kitchen to guests’ tables quickly and accurately. You will act as the liaison between Front of the House and Back of the House, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include helping kitchen and service staff, maintaining clean dining and kitchen areas, and adhering to safety and hospitality standards. Must have a valid food handler card and be able to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• County of San Diego Food Handler Card required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience bussing or serving as guest service staff preferred.
• Hospitality experience considered a plus.

Job Purpose:

To deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables rapidly and accurately. Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

• County of San Diego Food Handler Card
• 18 years of age
