Part-Time | Remote within the U.S.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Venue Engagement Coordinator to support the VP of Venue Engagement and help strengthen our relationships with venues throughout their lifecycle.
In this role, you’ll act as the operational “glue” within the Venue Engagement (VE) team — connecting Onboarding, Renewals, and Admin to ensure seamless coordination, clear communication, and forward momentum. You’ll contribute to research, process improvement, and system optimization that help the team work smarter and move faster.
You’ll play a key role in researching and evaluating venue opportunities, maintaining accurate records, building efficient systems, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and surface actionable insights.
