Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking Box Office Agents for Denver, CO. This part-time, event-driven role supports Will Call, guest lists, and on-site ticketing at the Junkyard and other venues as needed.

You'll handle cash, assist guests, troubleshoot event day issues, and collaborate with guest services to accommodate ADA requirements. A high school diploma and flexible schedule are required; prior Ticketmaster experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cash Handling.
• Knowledge of In Person Customer Service.
• Entry level knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as Point Of Sale systems.
• Flexible schedule (days/nights, weekends and holidays).
• Ticketmaster host system experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of Live Nation cash handling policies and procedures.
• Balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales.
• Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service.
• Facilitate night of show Will Call & Guest List Operations.
