Job summary
Live Nation Entertainment's Buckhead Theatre seeks a skilled Sound Engineer to manage load-in/out, set up and break down of band and rental equipment, and ensure safe audio levels throughout performances. You will work with the crew to patch cables, operate audio control boards, provide professional mixes, and oversee visiting audio techs while maintaining the venue's gear.
This role supports the Production Manager on technical advance, handles care of all in-house and rental gear, and helps
Qualifications
- Experience with live sound reinforcement and audio mixing.
- Ability to set up and break down band and rental equipment.
- Proficiency with audio control boards and patching.
- Strong teamwork and safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- Perform load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment.
- Set up and break down of event equipment.
- Patch and cabling coordination with crew.
- Provide professional mix and maintain safe audio levels.
- Oversee visiting audio techs during shows.
- Maintain and repair audio equipment.
- Assist Production Manager with technical advance.
- Interact with visiting production crews to ensure smooth shows.
- Manage audio plans and venue systems.
- Support special events audio requirements.
