Job summary

Mii am o at Enchantment Resort in Sedona seeks an energetic busser to support the dining team with attentive service, table upkeep, and guest delight.

You will work closely with servers, assist with food and beverage service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold grooming standards while delivering a welcoming, efficient guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be neat, well groomed, and able to work with or without supervision.
• Must maintain food handler's certification.
• Prior busser experience is desirable.
• English proficiency to communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables per course and maintain cleanliness.

How you will enjoy your day: Provide and facilitate excellent food and beverage service to our guests in an expedient, professional and courteous manner. Assist servers with food service.

Work Performed

• Arrive at scheduled start time, ready to work
• Uniform must be neat and pressed and must be in compliance with all Uniform Standards and guidelines. Company grooming standards followed at all times
• Complete all pre and post shift side-work assignments
• Complete knowledge of all Café menus, Juice Bar menus, wine lists, etc…
• Complete knowledge of server stations (floor map)
• Prepare teas and coffees
• Assist the server with the expedition of food to the tables
• Serve guests and internal employees in established standards
• Refill nonalcoholic beverages
• Clear tables appropriate to the course.
• Communicate constantly to the server (especially all guest needs)
• Recognize guests by name using names whenever possible
• Thank guests for dining with us
• Assist Juice Bar attendant when available
• Completely set tables with all items including proper, polished service ware
• Report any guest dissatisfaction, mishandled order and opportunities to management in a timely manner
• Maintain par levels supplies
• Keep work station clean at all times
• Read all memos
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and co-workers
• Report to Restaurant Manager or Supervisor before ending work shift
• Act as an ambassador of Enchantment Resort and Mii amo by speaking positively of the property at all times
• Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of Resort layout, amenities, hours of operations, special attractions and occasions
• Work efficiently and as a team
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Must work well with or without direct supervision. Must be neat and well groomed at all times. Needs to be flexible, self motivated, positive and have a professional attitude towards guests, co-worker and management. Must maintain current food handler’s certification. Prior busser experience desired. English skills necessary to communicate with guests
