Job summary

ACQUISITION NETWORK LLC is seeking a Partnerships Advisor with executive recruiting experience in venture-backed companies, based in Seattle. You will develop relationships with founders, talent leaders, and recruiters to identify growth or financing opportunities for growth-stage companies.

You will coordinate introductions with consent, provide market feedback, and maintain organized records. This is a paid, remote independent contractor role with compensation outlined in a written contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search, venture talent, startup recruiting, talent advisory, or leadership placement.
• Familiarity with venture-backed company stages, leadership needs, and fundraising cycles.
• A relevant network of founders, recruiters, or talent leaders in Seattle.

The role

Acquisition Network is hiring a Partnerships Advisor with executive recruiting experience in venture-backed companies in Seattle. You will develop relationships with founders, talent leaders, and recruiters, identify companies approaching a major growth or financing decision, and coordinate introductions for founders who want to speak with our team. Your recruiting background should help you understand the connection between leadership hiring, company growth, and fundraising plans.
