This is a flexible, quota-free, non-employment engagement focused on performance-based rewards, with upside through referrals, deal participation, and long-term carry.

What This Role Is

Venture Partners participate in the upside generated through these introductions.

What You’ll Do

As a Venture Partner, you will:

Refer vetted founders and venture-scale startups

Introduce investors, LPs, and capital partners

Support deal flow growth across Initio Capital platforms

Participate selectively in advisory, diligence, or ecosystem activities

Operate independently with full flexibility

There are no quotas or fixed hours.

How You Earn

Venture Partners earn through:

Referral commissions tied to successful introductions

Deal-level participation and carry on select investments

Long-term upside aligned with platform growth

Earnings are performance-based and uncapped.
