About the Venture Partner Role

As a Venture Partner, you’ll leverage your professional network of investors, family offices, angels, and fund managers to connect high-quality capital sources with Initio’s portfolio and pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the venture or private capital ecosystem—experienced in fundraising, LP relations, syndicates, or wealth management—and eager to earn high performance-based returns while strengthening the next generation of infrastructure startups.

What You’ll Do

Identify and introduce active investors (angels, VCs, syndicates, family offices, institutional funds) aligned with Initio’s thesis.

Refer investors interested in Seed to Series B business infrastructure startups.

Maintain consistent communication with referred investors and the Initio Capital IR team.

Share market intelligence, co-investment trends, and insights into investor appetite.

Attend and represent Initio at investor meetups, demo days, and pitch events.

Collaborate with our Capital Markets and Studio teams to align investor relationships with founder deal flow.

Provide warm introductions to LPs and strategic partners who may invest in Initio funds or direct portfolio deals.

Compensation & Incentives

5% commission on the first $50,000 invested per referred investor (up to $2,500 per investor).

Ongoing partnership opportunities for larger deals and fund commitments.

Who You Are

Established network of angel investors, family offices, venture funds, or institutional LPs.

Experienced in VC, private equity, investment banking, or capital advisory.

Proven track record of facilitating or advising on private investments.

Highly professional communicator with strong financial literacy.
