Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in venture capital, fund operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of venture fund mechanics.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational tasks related to fund administration and compliance.
• Support financial reporting and bookkeeping.
• Coordinate with LP Advisory Committee and manage meetings.
