Qualifications

• Senior experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy, or corporate development.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Sound judgment evaluating incomplete or conflicting information.
• Experience managing confidential projects with executive visibility.
• Clear writing, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without misrepresenting work status.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, investment judgment, diligence, and founder support for venture investments.
• Lead analysis of markets, companies, investments, transactions, and strategic options.
• Build financial models, decision materials, and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Coordinate diligence and execution across finance, legal, operating, and external teams.
• Identify risks, value drivers, and unanswered questions early in a process.
• Present conclusions clearly to executives, investment committees, boards, or clients.
• Improve the templates, data sources, and operating processes used for recurring decisions.
