Job summary

The role requires deep experience in venture capital, growth equity, and private investments, with strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel. This position collaborates across the Private Investments team to shape client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of investment experience with venture capital and private investments.
• MBA, CFA or other relevant professional qualifications strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of venture capital and its role in a diversified institutional portfolio.
• Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with private investments and fund terms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments of venture capital managers and markets through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Lead meetings with general partners, management teams, founders, and other professionals to assess investment managers and funds.
• Produce written assessments and recommendations used by clients and colleagues to support investment decisions.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to thought leadership in venture capital.
• Support development of junior team members and collaboration within the team.
