• Established relationships in the San Francisco Bay Area startup ecosystem.
• Experience as a founder, operator, investor, advisor, accelerator leader, consultant, attorney, accountant, recruiter, or partnership professional.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior professionals.
• Reliable follow-through and ability to manage a relationship pipeline independently.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with founders, operators, investors, accelerators, and startup advisors in San Francisco Bay Area.
• Identify founders whose companies fit the qualification criteria.
• Hold initial conversations to understand the company, stage, goals, and needs.
• Obtain permission before introductions or sharing contact information.
• Provide concise, accurate context so the internal team can prepare.
• Maintain records of outreach, introductions, status, and follow-up.
• Represent the organization accurately without promising funding or outcomes.
