Qualifications

• Experience as founder, operator, investor, advisor, accelerator leader, or related role.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior professionals.
• Ability to manage a relationship pipeline independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with founders, operators, investors, accelerators, and startup advisors in San Francisco Bay Area.
• Identify founders whose companies match the qualification criteria.
• Hold initial conversations to understand the company, stage, goals, and immediate needs.
• Obtain permission before introducing or sharing contact information.
• Provide concise context so the internal team can prepare for founder conversations.
• Maintain timely records of outreach, introductions, status, and follow-up.
• Represent the organization accurately without promising funding, customers, or business results.
