Job summary

NurseCore in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a qualified nurse for independent home care of patients on ventilators with G-tubes. This role requires hands-on vent management and the ability to work without direct supervision.

Active NV RN or LPN license, at least one year of post-graduate nursing experience, and current CPR certification are required. TB screening within the past year is also expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Nevada.
• At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
• Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with ventilators and G-tubes.
• Current hands-on CPR certification.
• Negative TB test within the past year

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ventilator monitoring and G-tube care.
• Assess patient status, identify changes in condition, and respond appropriately to respiratory needs and vent alarms.
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders while providing safe, independent care in the home.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the clinical care team to support quality outcomes.
