Job summary

Arbors at Springfield in Springfield, OH is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide ventilator management, respiratory assessments, and compassionate clinical care for residents relying on skilled respiratory support.

Starting pay is $43.00–$46.75 per hour with a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, plus a 401(k) plan, HSA/FSA options, and unlimited referral bonuses. New grads are encouraged to apply and receive mentorship.

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT credentials; graduate of AMA-approved respiratory program.
• Active Respiratory Care Practitioner license (Ohio)
• Valid CPR certification
• Ventilation certification preferred
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome with mentorship available

Responsibilities

• Conduct respiratory assessments, oxygen therapy evaluations, and pulse ox monitoring.
• Manage ventilator patients, perform vent checks, and assist with weaning/decannulation
