Job summary

Allied Medical LLC is seeking a hands-on Integrated Ventilator Specialist to assemble ventilators with integrated pneumatic systems, test the units, calibrate them, and troubleshoot complex circuits to maximize performance.

You will build and test multiple subassemblies including Demand Valves, Autovents, AHP300, EPV 100/200, MCV 100/200, and Auxbat, while ensuring quality and productivity across all product lines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform all duties defined in the Integrated Ventilator Specialist classification.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex pneumatic circuits.
• Working knowledge of pneumatic flow, timing, and demand control systems.
• Ability to build and test multiple distinct products and subassemblies (Demand Valves, Autovents, AHP300, EPV 100/200, MCV 100/200, Auxbat).
• Ability to consistently meet defined quality standards.
• Ability to consistently meet defined productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs assembly of ventilators with integrated pneumatic flow, timing, and demand control technology.
• Performs testing of assembled ventilators.
• Performs calibration of assembled ventilators.
• Troubleshoots complex pneumatic circuits to optimize ventilator performance.
• Builds and tests Demand Valves.
• Builds and tests Autovents.
• Builds and tests AHP300 kits and accessories.
• Builds and tests EPV 100 & 200 units.
• Builds and tests MCV 100 & 200 units.
• Builds and tests Auxbat units.
• Meets quality and productivity expectations across all product lines.
