Job summary

Inovair, the USA-based manufacturer of high-efficiency blowers and gear-driven assemblies, seeks an Assembly Technician to build and test sub-assemblies and main assemblies for our product line in a manufacturing shop.

You will meet daily schedules, maintain quality, read micrometers/calipers, and collaborate with peers. This full-time, on-site role offers growth in a tight, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly experience in a production environment.
• Experience with automotive transmissions and high-speed gear cases.
• Ability to read micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Strong attention to detail, organized, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect sub-assemblies and main assemblies for Inovair product line.
• Meet daily schedules and deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Prepare parts, inspect during assembly, and clean components.
• Report non-conforming parts to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory and keep work area clean and safe.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Operate computers and office equipment as needed.
