Select Medical in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for the night shift. You will manage ventilation, perform pulmonary assessments, and wean patients from ventilation in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Qualifications

• Active CRT or RRT credential from NBRC or state equivalent.
• BLS certification required by start date.
• Current state licensure required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and utilizing RT driven protocols to liberate patients from mechanical ventilation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Perform bronchoscopies and arterial blood gases.
