Responsibilities:
  • Assist in completing work orders related to physical maintenance and repairs using work order software.
  • Assist in implementing routine physical improvements.
  • Respond to emergency situations following departmental protocols.
  • Help maintain equipment, tools, supplies, inventories, and logs.
  • Communicate effectively regarding building status and changes.
  • Adhere to safety standards, policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy with tenants, clients, co-workers, vendors, and patients.
  • Use materials, supplies, and tools safely and productively.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; technical maintenance training is a plus.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and positive relations.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take directions.
  • Safety-consciousness.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to walk extensively, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry at least 50 pounds with proper body mechanics.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
