Select Drink Inc is seeking a reliable Route Sales/Delivery Driver to join our team in Hazelwood, MO. You will be the face of the company, delivering products to restaurants, bars and venues, taking orders, and offering additional products and services with a smile.

You will collaborate with the territory’s Account Executives to keep customers happy while growing revenue, with potential lift commissions and retention bonuses and a focus on safe, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license (A, B, or C) with a clean driving record.
• Hazardous Materials certification is a plus.
• Prior delivery/route sales or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Strong time management and dependable work ethic.
• Basic math and communication skills for order verification.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicle delivering to restaurants, bars and venues in St. Louis.
• Load and unload product at warehouse and customer site.
• Verify delivery accuracy against invoices or manifests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked vehicle.
• Build positive relationships with customers and present new offerings.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Adhere to traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety policies.

About the Role:

Select Drink Inc is looking for a reliable and customer focused Route Sales/Delivery Driver to join our team in Hazelwood, MO! This is a great opportunity for a person who loves taking care of customers, greets everyone with a smile and a "good morning" and delivers products in a manner that leaves a customer saying..."what a great person".

With this opportunity, you become the 'face' of Select. You will deliver a customer products, while also taking orders and offering products and services that might be of interest.

You will work with your territory's outside Account Executive and Inside Account Executive. This three points of support for our customers helps us keep customers happy while providing additional products and services for their restaurant, bar and venue.

The ability to earn additional compensation through lift commission and customer retention bonuses, provides opportunities for additional pay above the typical driver model.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate your delivery vehicle transporting products to some of the best restaurants, bars and entertainment venues in St. Louis
• Load and unload product at Selects warehouse and at the customers place of business
• Verify delivery accuracy by checking orders against invoices or manifests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked delivery vehicle
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional and courteous service while presenting new offerings
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies

Requirements:

• Valid A,B, or C driver's license with a clean driving record
• Hazardous Material Cert. a plus
• Prior delivery, route sales, or logistics experience preferred
