Qualifications

• Must have CPR certification.
• Current TB skin test or Chest X-ray required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving is part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and personal care for the client.
• Orient new caregivers to cases and clients’ plan of care.
• Communicate changes in client medical status to Nurse Supervisor.

Skills

Caring for catastrophically injured clients

Communication skills

Bilingual skills (preferred)

Education

High school diploma/GED

Certificate from accredited nursing program
