Job summary

Paradigm Northwest in Houston, TX seeks a dedicated LVN/RN with vent experience for full-time night shifts. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, follow physician orders, and uphold nursing standards in a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements include an active Texas LVN/RN license, 2 years in long-term care preferred, and familiarity with Point Click Care; strong leadership and organizational skills are a plus. A $3,200 bonus is offered for full-time nurses.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active LVN or RN license in Texas.
• 2 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Six months in rehabilitative/restorative nursing preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership, organization, and professional attitude.
• Knowledge of Point Click Care and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for residents under supervision, following orders and regulations.
• Deliver care per the resident's plan of care and physician orders.
• Adhere to facility policies and ensure nursing service quality.
• Respect patient privacy and report any HIPAA concerns.
• Make rounds to supervise nursing staff and coordinate with aides.
