Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of stockroom experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interface and work effectively with customers and with employees at all levels/departments; must be able to handle irate customers/employees effectively.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with outside vendors to schedule/expedite outside processing jobs.
• Provide online job status updates for major customers.
• Respond to customer needs by checking status on jobs; help resolve customer complaints.
• Oversee day-to-day activities in the warehouse; perform back-up duties in the warehouse.
• Issues pulls stocks, receives remnants, receives overruns, and performs cycle counts.
