Job summary

Macy's is hiring for a Vendor Paid Stock colleague to manage the flow of new merchandise for a brand-specific vendor. The role supports shipment processing, stocking, fixture movements, and replenishment to keep the sales floor ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year merchandising or retail experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management.
• Basic math functions and ability to use a calculator.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize customer experience and ensure floor readiness.
• Process shipments and move merchandise to selling floor.
• Hang or fold merchandise and place on racks for resale.
• Assist in movement of fixtures and merchandise for new product, seasonal changes, and clearance sets.
• Support replenishment to maintain stock on the sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and housekeeping.
• Follow safety and security policies and shortage programs.
