Zusammenfassung

Santander US in Albany, NY is seeking a 3rd Party Risk Management Associate to manage vendor relationships, conduct business reviews, and ensure compliance with TPRM standards. You will coordinate onboarding, review insurance certificates, and monitor vendor performance across internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in vendor management, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in business.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or equivalent work experience – Required.
5+ years of experience in vendor management, partner relations, or a similar role – Required.
Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and driving results.
Strong understanding of TPRM standards and best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Coordinate and perform business reviews, and inherent risk assessments per TPRM standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and manage onboarding timelines.
Review certificates of insurance and ensure contractual compliance.
Monitor vendor performance metrics and provide updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance to streamline processes and resolve issues.
