Job summary

Lyra Technology Group is seeking an Information Security Advisor for ImageQuest's Advisory Services to strengthen vendor management for clients in regulated industries. You will own vendor risk components, develop policies, coordinate due diligence, and maintain vendor lists across multiple accounts, with a hybrid Brentwood, TN base.

The role offers growth into ImageQuest's broader advisory services, including audits, risk assessments, and AI-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on vendor management or third-party risk experience.
• Experience in vendor due diligence and annual reviews.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, and standards.
• Consultative, risk-based approach to security and process with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in regulated industries (banking, healthcare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor management components of client Information Security Programs.
• Develop and maintain vendor management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate due diligence and follow-up across client engagements.
• Evaluate vendor documentation including SOC reports and contracts.
• Prepare Executive Summaries on vendor performance and compliance.
• Assist with bank exam and audit requests; escalate incidents when needed.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge and keep vendor management records current.
• Ensure timely delivery across multiple client accounts.
