Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• May substitute with a minimum of four years revenue cycle experience in healthcare.
• Excellent communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, collection and reimbursement requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily operations and workflow of vendors.
• Prepares vendor evaluations to monitor liquidity rate and vendor performance.
• Identifies potential reimbursement issues and implements improvements.
• Maintains knowledge of third-party payer contracts and government programs.
• Serves as an operational resource for the team with project updates.
• Identifies KPIs for reporting and develops reports for best practices.
• Monitor and report audit findings, trends and metrics to leadership.
• Escalate outstanding AR issues through Provider Relations meetings.
