The Vendor Relations team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Vender Operations Lead. This is a remote position.

About the Role:
You will:
Lead, develop, and execute comprehensive vendor operations strategies aligned with our operational priorities.
Monitor and ensure compliance with vendor agreements to maximize profitability and accuracy while mitigating risks.
Utilize data analytics tools to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Actively communicate and educate Hajoca business units on vendor opportunities. Make sure information is fully disseminated and understood across profit centers.
Facilitate cross-departmental communications to enhance vendor operational effectiveness and responsiveness to business needs.
Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
About You:
5+ years of experience in vendor management, purchasing, supply chain or related field.

Have strong operational leadership skills.
Have the ability to drive consensus and foster collaborative relationships.
Be able to interpret financial report data to determine success/failure of plans and to take appropriate action to adjust business plans ensuring success.
Have deep industry knowledge and strong strategic thinking mindset
Demonstrate deep product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell.
Possess excellent communication and listening skills, able to persuade.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
