jobr.pro is looking for a Vendor Manager in Phoenix, Arizona to manage relationships with third-party maintenance vendors across our portfolio of single-family homes. You'll be responsible for building a robust vendor network and ensuring performance meets KPIs, all while optimizing the operational effectiveness through data-driven decisions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in vendor management, excellent analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our compensation ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

A Vendor Manager at Roofstock is pivotal in fostering mutually beneficial relationships with third‑party maintenance vendors across our portfolio of single‑family homes. Our Vendor Managers are responsible for building and managing a robust vendor network that aligns with our demands for Repairs and Maintenance (R&M), Turn, and Renovation services. In addition to overseeing operational needs, the Vendor Manager will focus on optimizing performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires a strategic and data‑driven individual with a strong background in vendor relationship management.
Travel required: up to 3 days per week, twice monthly

$80,000/yr. - $90,000/yr. range annually
Compensation may be adjusted based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.
