Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Vendor Management Contracts Attorney to join our team in Austin, TX, with a nationwide remote work option. You will support firm-wide procurement and vendor management, draft and negotiate supplier agreements, and advise on contract processes and policies.

You will review vendor contracts, help develop templates and negotiation principles, and coordinate between legal, technology, and business teams while educating firm members on contract issues.

Qualifications

  • JD degree and active admission to a U.S. jurisdiction.
  • At least 4 years of vendor contract review and negotiation experience.
  • Proficiency in negotiating contracts related to data privacy, information security, and IT procurement.
  • Strong foundation in contract management and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage change in a dynamic organization.
