Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is hiring a Vendor Management Analyst II at its Baytree Headquarters in Melbourne, FL. The role oversees the Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management Program and acts as a senior liaison across lines of defense to identify and mitigate third-party risk.

The position requires 3-5 years of vendor management or related experience, with preferred familiarity with Ncontracts and a CRVPM II certification.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Vendor Management, Contract Administration/Management, or related field.
• Experience with Ncontracts or other Vendor Management software preferred.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CRVPM II or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support SCCU's Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management Program, including vendor records, services, contacts, contracts, risk ratings, and due diligence documentation.
• Partner with business units and Information Security to conduct vendor risk assessments and due diligence reviews; ensure monitoring aligns with each vendor’s risk profile.
• Support vendor onboarding and relationship changes; maintain program policies and ensure vendor information is accurate.
• Serve as liaison between Risk Management and business units; report to Management and the Board on vendor risks, trends, and issues.
• Support audits and regulatory examinations related to third-party/vendor risk management; assist with prep, responses, and monitoring regulatory changes.

As a Vendor Management Analyst II in our Baytree Headquarters you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and implementation of the Credit Union’s Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management Program. The Vendor Management Analyst II will serve as a senior liaison to business units across the three lines of defense to identify and mitigate third-party risk and lead the more complex elements of SCCU’s Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management Program.

• 3-5 years’ experience required in Vendor Management, Contract Administration/Management, or related field.
• Experience working with Ncontracts or other Vendor Management software preferred.
• Experience working in a financial institution is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• CRVPM II or equivalent certification preferred.
