Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) Coordinator to deliver and manage inventory at customer sites. You will handle the physical and administrative tasks involved in storing, distributing, and fulfilling orders for merchandise, materials, parts, and supplies.

In this role, you will drive company vehicles to designated locations, ensure shipments meet DOT standards, and help set up the VMI space at the customer site. This position emphasizes accuracy and customer-facing coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and stock placement at customer sites.
• Ability to manage physical and administrative tasks related to merchandise.
• Familiarity with delivery and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to designated customer locations safely and compliant with DOT.
• Manage inventory at customer sites and set up storage areas.
• Process customer orders and relay information to CSR or Account Rep.
• Scan barcodes and ensure accurate shipment documentation.
• Support VMI coordination and assist with space/placement at customers.
