Civil Recruit is seeking a Vendor Inventory Coordinator to manage and set up库存 at customer sites. You will handle storage, distribution, and order fulfillment, ensuring shipments match PO/invoices and assist with material placement in the customer area.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work on-site with lifting up to 50 lbs and a casual dress code. 6-month temp with potential for hire based on site needs.

Responsibilities

• Take spot buy orders and relay to CSR or AR.
• Recommend changes to customer inventory levels based on usage.
• Ensure bar code labels are up to date and readable for scanners.
• Scan barcodes at site to generate customer orders.
• Maintain min/max, reorder points and report observations.
• Assist in annual inventory counts and 5S VMI areas.
• Present information to clients, customers, and managers.
• Perform other duties as requested.

About the job Vendor Inventory Coordinator

Summary

Vendor Managed Inventory Coordinator I is an individual contributor that delivers and set up inventory at customer's designated sites. Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods distribution against purchase orders or invoices, Responsible for transporting company cargo to customers. Conducts inventory task in accordance with local VMI processes. Follows proper guidelines for use of all equipment. Ensures equipment is clean, safe. Reports concerns to management team.

HOURS: Mon-Fri 1st shift 7a-330 but may change

6-month temp assignment. Potential for temp to hire depending on site needs.

Will assist onsite Vallen team with bringing materials to POU areas and loading vending machines.

Will stock cabinets.

Need someone reliable and dependable.

Works to ensure the accuracy of shipments to the customer.

Presents information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and managers.

5S all VMI Point of Use areas.

Performs other duties as requested.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of relevant warehouse, inventory counting or delivery, experience. High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).

Relevant experience should include:

Willingness to learn and work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature.

Must be a self-starter with the willingness to work with supervision.

Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Demonstrated ability to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner.

Possess a proactive and positive team approach to problem resolution.
