The role handles intake, tracking, research, coordination, and resolution of supplemental benefit vendor escalations to ensure timely, accurate member service. The position is temporary, ending February 28, 2027, and focuses on escalation management, vendor coordination, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain a positive member

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, vendor relations, case management, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive member information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and track escalations from multiple internal teams.
• Coordinate with vendor contacts for status updates.
• Compile weekly escalation reports and analyze trends.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather information for resolution.
• Maintain escalation logs and support audit preparation.
