Zusammenfassung

Zing Health is seeking a Temporary Vendor Escalation Specialist to support the Program & Vendor Management team by handling intake, tracking, research, coordination, and resolution of supplemental benefit vendor escalations. This role will serve as a liaison between internal departments to ensure member issues are addressed promptly and accurately.

The position is intended to provide additional capacity during peak activity such as enrollment periods, maintaining positive member experience

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in healthcare operations, customer service, vendor relations, case management, or admin support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive member information confidentially.

Aufgaben

• Receive, document, and track escalations from internal stakeholders.
• Review escalations for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct preliminary research and gather documentation before escalation submission.
• Coordinate with vendor contacts for status updates and resolution details.
• Monitor escalations through closure and follow up on aging cases.
• Maintain escalation logs and data integrity in tracking systems.
• Escalate high-risk issues to Vendor Management leadership when needed.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for routine escalation follow-up.
• Identify recurring vendor issues and trends; track response times and resolutions.
• Compile weekly escalation reports and dashboards; analyze volumes and trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information for issue resolution.
• Support process improvements to reduce escalation volume and resolution times.
