Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive resource management plan that aligns with organizational goals and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with Strategy & Operations and Professional Services leadership to optimize staffing practices for best utilization.
  • Assign the right people to projects based on skills stored in the system of record, availability, and project requirements shared by project team.
  • Lead weekly meetings to ensure project needs are met and to share key business updates.
  • Forecast future resource needs and proactively address potential resource gaps.
  • Ensure resource management system of record is up to date and accurate.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in staffing project teams, management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience with technology professional services (desired).
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and ensure project teams are staffed in the most effective manner.
  • Basic understanding of capacity planning models.
  • Experience in staffing and forecasting in fractional staffing models.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of cloud technologies, products, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Preferred: Experience with Looker or a similar BI tool.
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of FinancialForce
Benefits and Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $79,000 - $85,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.

This role is remote in Texas, USA. Location: USA, TX, Work-at-Home. Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time.

Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment. Work is generally sedentary in nature.
