Responsibilities

• Receives delivery of items at the customer's place of business and stocks vending machines and coolers.
• Maintains shelves and refill stock; handles cash from machines and refills coin changers.
• Records transactions on the appropriate card or electronic device.
• Maintains accountability for cash and product.
• Calls on existing customers to assess service adequacy.
• Prepares order forms for food and pastry products.
• Informs regular customers of new products or services.
• Listens to and resolves service complaints.
• Performs routine maintenance and sanitation of machines; keeps storeroom and vending area clean.
• Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or distributes promotional materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
