• We are hiring immediately for a full-time VENDING ROUTE DRIVER position.
• Location: Cedar Rapids Benes - 655 Capital Drive, SW Suite 100, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404 Note: online applications accepted only.

• Requirement: Prior route driver experience preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: The Route Driver operates a company vehicle along an established route to deliver products or services and maintains vending equipment. As the face of the company, the driver must project a professional image and build excellent client relationships. This role offers advancement opportunities into management.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain inventory and product distribution for vending machines.
• Ensure product freshness through rotation at client locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve service issues.
• Inform clients about new products and promote sales.
• Set up merchandise and promotional displays.
• Manage receipts, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license.
• Preferred 1-2 years customer service experience or related experience.
• Proficient with handheld computers; training provided.
• Must lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Willing to operate or learn material handling equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage the route autonomously.
