Spherion is hiring a Vending Route Driver in Faribault, MN. You will deliver, stock, and maintain vending machines along your own route, working a Monday–Friday schedule with early starts and home each night.

This direct-hire role offers a salary of around $54,000 with potential to reach $59,000 after year one, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training. You’ll operate with a clean driving record and no CDL required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving experience (route or box truck preferred).
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with material handling equipment (box trucks, handcarts, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain inventory for vending machines on your route.
• Rotate products at client locations to ensure everything is fresh.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Inform customers about new products and services.
• Handle receipts, invoices, and payments.
• Work independently and efficiently to complete your daily route.
• Perform other duties as needed to keep things running smoothly.
