• Achieves net contribution goals through management of product, cash, personnel, equipment, security and expenses.
• Implements inventory controls; establishes vending routes and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Reviews vending reports; ensures sales and profit goals using merchandising strategies.
• Prepares reports on equipment, contractor performance and develops training programs for associates.
• Oversees hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions; travels within district as needed.
