Role Description

The Vending Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for restocking vending machines, rotating inventory, and ensuring accurate product placement and pricing. The associate will perform routine inspections, clean machines, and report or resolve minor technical issues, coordinating with maintenance as needed. Day-to-day tasks include driving to multiple locations, loading and unloading products, maintaining inventory records, and monitoring sales data to support efficient route planning. The role also involves interacting with site contacts, responding to basic customer inquiries, and representing NWC Vending in a professional, courteous manner.
