AVI Foodsystems is seeking a part-time Market Merchandiser Attendant for the Waterworks area in Pittsburgh, PA. The role is a day-shift, Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work during holidays.

Duties include stocking vending machines, handling deliveries, maintaining refrigeration, and engaging customers with a friendly approach. Ideal candidates showcase reliability, teamwork, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform basic unit calculations.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries of beverages, bakery products, snacks, and specialty foods.
• Restock vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines and coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering and control of merchandise and inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise for disposal or reuse.
• Collect money from machines (coins and bills).
• Interact positively with customers with eye contact and a smile.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of machines and vending areas.
