Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is hiring a Full-time Market Merchandiser Attendant in North Versailles, PA, 6am–2pm, five days a week at one location. You will service markets within a large global E-Commerce organization and promote products to customers.

You will receive deliveries, stock vending machines and shelves, ensure refrigeration, manage inventory, handle cash from machines, and maintain clean work areas. Training and growth opportunities are immense.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries of items at client locations.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and inventory control.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from vending machines.
• Communicate positively with customers by eye contact and smiles.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Market Merchandiser Attendant working 6am - 2pm 5-days per week at one location in the North Versailles, PA area. This position will work at a large global E-Commerce organization to service our markets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packages foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
