Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous vending technician experience preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company-owned vehicle.
• Calls on existing customers to determine adequacy of service; resolves service issues.
• Inspects parts for wear and misalignment; replaces worn parts and tests operation after repair.
• Maintains inventory and orders parts; ships and receives machines; keeps equipment inventory.
• Prepares machines for installation at accounts; assists in installations and removals.
• Operates mechanical equipment and hand tools for machine repair.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
